Hemoglobinopathy Community

Bio-Rad Laboratories wishes to thank all the expert centers operating in the field of thalassemia and sickle cell disease who have contributed to the development of the Library of Variants. We also wish to extend a special thank you to Professor Henri Wajcman (Directeur de Recherches Emerite INSERM-U 841- France), who has helped as a scientific reviewer of the database content and to all the authors and editors of the scientific articles who agreed to share their experience in the field of hemoglobinopathies.

Bio-Rad Laboratories plans to continue this successful experience, inviting worldwide laboratories to participate in the continuous development of the library by adding new cases and facilitating the dissemination of new research results.
